Now is a great time to put down on paper what drives your actions - your core convictions.  In this episode we look at my core convictions when developing programs for athletes.  I hope this discussion can foster some thoughts and conversations in your home.  Take the time to put your thoughts down on paper; when you write it down and say it out loud abstract ideas can begin to become real drivers of habit!
